A Legacy of Salvadoran Flavor Through Generations

Since 1979, we have shared our rich traditions. With a commitment to professionalism and a unique presentation, we deliver an authentic experience that sets us apart.

What is a pupusa?

A pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish resembling a thick, soft flatbread, made from cornmeal or rice flour dough. It's heartier and chewier than a tortilla and is stuffed with delicious fillings like a blend of cheeses, refried beans, and shredded pork. Cooked on a flat surface, it has a slightly crispy exterior and a warm, savory interior. Pupusas are typically served with curtido, a tangy cabbage slaw, and a thin tomato salsa, offering a unique combination of flavors that distinguishes it from familiar Mexican cuisine.
